Batch/UPC Code: 84886000008 – ONLY product with “best before” dates between 06/30/2016 and 07/26/2016 printed on the back of the individual pouch or box.
Reason for Recall: Materne North America has recalled specific date codes of this product due to the potential for development of common mold.
All product may be returned for a full refund.
