Wegmans has posted the following recall on its website.
Campo De Montalban Cheese, various sizes
Recall Date: 10/13/2015
Available at Wegmans: Yes
Batch/UPC Code: UPC: Scale label begins with 2-77026. The cheese is sold in random weight packages individually wrapped in clear cellophane from the Wegmans Cheese Shop.
Reason for Recall: Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. has recalled this product because the cheese contains Lysozyme, an egg enzyme, not declared in the ingredient statement. The recall of this product is of concern only to those individuals who have allergies to eggs.
All remaining product may be returned for a full refund.
