*			Installed and Maintained Comments: dishroom handsink/repair faucet handle
*			Hand Cleaner, Drying, Tissue, Signage Comments: service bar/provide liquid soap/paper towels and employee must wash hands signage bar handsinks/provide paper towels and employee must wash hands signage restrooms/provide employee must wash hands signage
*			Improper Maintenance of Walls/Ceilings Comments: repair ceiling and walls in basement
*			Premises Maintained Comments: remove items from top of ice machines basement/remove all unnecessary articles remove flammables from basement
***			PIC Performing Duties Comments: pic must close establishment when there is no hot water
